3032 Windspd-Combination Medal

The combination wind speed and direction instrument is a single dial featuring a 250-degree pivot and jewel wind speed movement and 8-LED wind directional indicators. Winds up to 120 MPH (or 104 Knots) are measured, and their direction is indicated on up to 16 points of the compass.

The unit includes comes complete with a generator wind cup assembly, wind directional vane assembly, 50 feet of wire, and a single 14 inch combination mast.

Downeaster's gust option utilizes a sophisticated electronic memory that stores the highest gust. The wind speed indicator normally indicates actual wind speed; with a simple push of a button, the gust gauge moves the needle to indicate peak velocity that occured during a determined elapsed amount of time. In addition to the standard wind speed indicator, this option is equiped with reset button, battery backup, AC power supply and proper connections
